What does the Horseshoe quiz test?
This quiz checks your knowledge of the Horseshoe, a spread of seven cards laid in an arc. You will answer questions about the order of the positions, which card sits at the top of the arc, how to read hidden influences and how advice differs from the outcome. Some scenarios ask you to link two cards together.
The Horseshoe follows a line of time: from the past through the present to the outcome. Along the way it reveals what usually stays in the shadows and offers advice, so it answers not only 'what will happen' but also 'what do I do about it'.
It usually looks one to three months ahead, the time a situation needs to unfold. For questions further out, Tayna has a yearly forecast, and the quiz asks about that difference too.
Why the Horseshoe is read in pairs
The arc is symmetrical, and the cards at its ends answer each other. The past echoes the outcome, the present echoes the advice, the hidden card echoes your surroundings. The obstacle sits at the top, and it is easiest to read last, once the rest is clear.
The name is misleading: the spread does not bring luck like the charm does. It shows how forces are lined up and where you have room to act. The quiz checks that, and which questions suit the Horseshoe less well than love spreads.
Advice in the Horseshoe is always about your own step, even when the card looks passive. The outcome shows where things go once that step is taken and the rest runs its course. If you dislike the outcome, look for the answer in the advice.
Rules
A round picks five of the twelve questions at random, in a fresh order. Once you tap an answer it stays, yet replays are unlimited. The first round you finish without a mistake brings five bronze keys.

1. How many cards are in the Horseshoe spread?
Right answer: Seven
Seven cards are laid in an arc, from the past through the present to the outcome, with hidden forces and advice along the way.
2. Which card sits at the top of the Horseshoe's arc?
Right answer: The obstacle
Card four, the obstacle, crowns the arc and is the main knot: the turning point the whole spread is built around.
3. The Horseshoe spread brings luck, just like the lucky charm.
Right answer: Myth
The name only describes the arc. The spread does not attract luck; it shows how forces line up and where you can act.
4. A bright card lands in Hidden influences. What does that mean?
Right answer: Hidden help or inner strength
Something good works behind the scenes: support, your own strength, lucky timing, or a secret wish for change.
5. What is position six of the Horseshoe, Advice, about?
Right answer: Your own step, even a quiet one
Advice is always about your own step. Even the Four of Swords here advises a pause, not doing nothing.
6. Which pair of Horseshoe cards is the start and end of the story?
Right answer: 1 and 7
The past and the outcome: matching suits close an old circle; an outcome brighter than the past means upward movement.
7. The Horseshoe's present is all hectic Wands. Which advice card typically answers it?
Right answer: Eight of Pentacles
Advice often balances the present: hectic Wands are met by calm Pentacles, Swords' worry by the warmth of Cups.
8. Hidden influences and Surroundings clash. What could it mean?
Right answer: People say one thing, act on another
Cards three and five are hidden and visible influence. If they clash, people around you act for other reasons.
9. When is it best to read the Horseshoe's obstacle card?
Right answer: Last, once you know the rest
Read the obstacle last: then it is clearer where it came from and what in the advice helps you get around it.
10. The Horseshoe is a good way to learn a partner's feelings.
Right answer: Myth
The Horseshoe has no position for another person's inner world. Love spreads suit a partner's feelings better.
11. Which question suits the Horseshoe best?
Right answer: How will the move story end?
The Horseshoe likes situations that unfold over time; yes-or-no questions and one person's feelings suit it less.
12. How far ahead does the Horseshoe usually look?
Right answer: One to three months
Usually one to three months, enough time for a situation to develop. For further ahead, use the yearly forecast.
