What is Your people on Tayna?

This quiz checks how well you know Your people, the part of your Tayna profile for the people you ask the cards about. It covers how many people fit, what you can note about each of them and how they end up inside a reading. The list lives in your Book of Secrets and nobody but you can see it.

Each person gets a small card: who they are to you, their name, a date of birth if you know it, what they do, since when you have been together or known each other, and a note for Tayna. The roles run from husband and wife to colleague, boss and someone you simply like.

Almost nothing is required, yet every line makes the reading more attentive. From a date of birth, for instance, Tayna takes the person's zodiac sign, and from the note she takes whatever you decide matters.

How does the Who is this reading about choice work?

When you are signed in and open a love or people reading, the question Who is this reading about? appears above the deck. Tap a name from your list, or pick No one if the question is general. If your list is still empty, you only see a quiet Add a person link instead.

The person you pick travels into the reading as context. The interpretation uses their name and keeps in mind who they are to you, so a reading about an ex sounds different from one about your mother or a coworker. The cards themselves are untouched: the server still shuffles the deck fairly.

Now and then Tayna notices a name in your questions and offers to add that person to Your people. It is only a suggestion, and you are free to ignore it.

Keys, privacy and how the quiz runs

Each person in Your people earns silver keys, though not when you add them: the reward comes the first time they are picked in a reading. These rewards sit on top of the daily cap for everyday actions.

You can edit or clear the list whenever you like, and removing someone erases their details at once. Each run draws five random questions from a pool of twelve and shuffles the answers, with a short explanation after every reply. A perfect run earns keys, and you can retake the quiz as often as you want.

All questions and answers

Open after you play: the full question set with right answers and explanations.
  1. 1. Your people already has 6 names. How do you add a seventh?

Right answer: Remove someone from the list

Your people holds up to six people. To make room, remove someone; you can swap people in and out at any time.

  2. 2. Keys for someone in Your people arrive the moment you add them to the list.

    Right answer: Myth

The 3 silver keys come the first time that person is picked under Who is this reading about?, not for filling in the card.

  3. 3. How many silver keys does one person from Your people earn you?

    Right answer: 3

Each person earns 3 silver the first time they are picked in a reading. With up to six people, that is 18 silver in total.

  4. 4. A career reading. Will Who is this reading about? show above the deck?

Right answer: No, only in love and people

The person picker lives in love and people readings, where it matters who the question is about. Other sections do not have it.

  5. 5. Which role is missing from Who they are to you?

    Right answer: Grandmother

There are 14 roles, from husband and wife to boss and someone I like. Grandmother is not one of them; Someone else covers her.

  6. 6. Pick someone from Your people and the cards change to suit them.

    Right answer: Myth

The server shuffles the deck fairly. Picking a person only changes the words: the reading uses their name and who they are to you.

  7. 7. What happens to a person's details when you remove them from Your people?

    Right answer: Erased at once

The confirmation says it plainly: everything about this person is erased at once. No archive, no delayed deletion.

  8. 8. Your question is general, about no one in particular. What do you tap?

    Right answer: No one

No one keeps the reading general. Someone else is a role on a person's card, not a choice in the reading.

  9. 9. What does Tayna take from a close person's date of birth?

    Right answer: Their zodiac sign

The date of birth gives the reading the person's zodiac sign. The field is optional, so leave it blank if you do not know it.

  10. 10. Your people is empty. What appears above the deck in a love reading?

Right answer: An Add a person link

An empty list never blocks the reading: a quiet Add a person link sits in place of the picker. Feel free to ignore it.

  11. 11. Someone you add to Your people gets a notification about it.

    Right answer: Myth

Only you see the list. Tayna never contacts these people and never shows anyone what you wrote about them.

  12. 12. The name Sam keeps coming up in your questions. What might Tayna offer?

Right answer: To add Sam to Your people

When Tayna notices a name, she asks whether to add that person to Your people. It is only a hint; nothing changes without you.
