How do you share a reading on Tayna?
This quiz checks how the Share button works on Tayna: which links it makes, how to post a reading to your story and what earns keys along the way. After any reading you can send a link to Telegram, VK, WhatsApp or Pinterest, copy it, save the image or post a reading card to Stories.
The links are short and tracked: tayna.io/s/ followed by a code a few characters long, or tayna.io/ru/s/ on the Russian side. The code skips look-alike characters such as zero and the letter O, or one and a lowercase l, so it is easy to read out and type. Sharing the same reading again gives you the same link rather than a new one.
How do stories with a reading work?
For Stories, Tayna draws a vertical 1080 by 1920 image with your cards, the gist of the interpretation and a tag showing your short link. On a phone, Post to Stories opens the system share menu, where you pick Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp. On a computer it is easier to save the image and post it from your phone later.
The tag on the story is there to count visits. A visit counts once per device, and the author's own visits to their link never count at all.
How many keys does sharing earn?
Sending a reading to a friend or a social network earns 2 bronze keys, once per reading and up to 10 times a day. Saving the image adds 2 bronze, up to 3 times a day. Posting a reading to your story gives 2 bronze right away, also up to 3 times a day. These rewards count toward the daily cap for everyday actions.
Silver comes from people who arrive through your link. If someone follows the tag on your story within 48 hours of it being created, you get 2 silver, up to 3 times a day. A link in a post or chat earns 1 silver once 3 different people have come through it.
Each run asks five random questions from a pool of twelve. Keys are given only for a run with no mistakes, and you can retake it as often as you like.

1. Why does a short link code have no zero, letter O, one or lowercase l?
Right answer: So it is easy to read aloud
Look-alike characters are easy to mix up by ear and by eye. Without them, a code can be read out or typed from a story.
2. How many times a day does saving a reading image count?
Right answer: 3
Saving the image earns 2 bronze, up to three times a day. Posting to a story has the same daily limit.
3. Open your own link ten times and the keys will roll in.
Right answer: Myth
Your own visits never count, neither from the device that made the link nor from your account. Only other people count.
4. Story posted on Monday, a friend taps its link on Thursday. Any keys?
Right answer: No, the window is 48 hours
A visit through a story link counts within 48 hours of creating it. Thursday is already past that line.
5. What image does Tayna make for a story?
Right answer: Portrait, 1080 by 1920
Stories need a portrait 1080 by 1920 frame. The 1200 by 630 landscape image is the preview when a link lands in a chat.
6. You share the same reading again. What link do you get?
Right answer: The very same one
Sharing the same reading again returns the same link, so every visit to that reading is counted in one place.
7. How many different people must come via a post link to earn 1 silver?
Right answer: 3
A link in a post or chat earns 1 silver once three different people have come through it. Each device counts once.
8. There is no way to get a reading into a story from a computer.
Right answer: Myth
On a computer, save the image and add it to your story from your phone. Saving it earns 2 bronze, too.
9. One person opens your link five times on the same phone. How many visits?
Right answer: One
A visit counts once per device. Five taps by the same person on one phone are still a single visit.
10. What does the Post to story button open on a phone?
Right answer: The phone's share menu
It opens the system share menu, where you pick Instagram, VK or Telegram. The link label is already on the image.
11. The same reading is sent to three chats. How many bronze keys arrive?
Right answer: 2
Sending earns 2 bronze once per reading. A new reading means a new reward, up to 10 a day.
12. What does a short reading link look like on the English site?
Right answer: tayna.io/s/code
Short links are tayna.io/s/ plus a code; the Russian site adds /ru. That tagged link is how visits get counted.
